-A half of a banana (frozen)
-Greens (Spinach, Kale, Cabbage, Cucumber, really anything you want)
-Fruit (Strawberries, Mango, Blueberries, Pineapple, again, whatever fresh or frozen fruits you like).
-Non Dairy Milk (Almond milk or coconut milk)
-A scoop of Pea Protein (I get mine from Thrive Market for a great price. Go to the link and search for Pea Protein from Now foods)

-1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Often times, I will just throw in whatever fruit or veggies I have available! It's a great, healthy way to start your day. And with the protein, it will keep you satisfied until lunch time.
