Drink a Healthy Smoothie Every Day

So for Wellness Wednesday #wellnesswednesday, my wellness tip is to drink a healthy, nutrient packed smoothie every day!  I drink one every morning.

The things I put it in EVERY DAY are:

-A half of a banana (frozen)
-Greens (Spinach, Kale, Cabbage, Cucumber, really anything you want)
-Fruit (Strawberries, Mango, Blueberries, Pineapple, again, whatever fresh or frozen fruits you like).
-Non Dairy Milk (Almond milk or coconut milk)
-A scoop of Pea Protein (I get mine from Thrive Market for a great price.  Go to the link and search for Pea Protein from Now foods)

Sometimes I'll put some Cocoa powder if I want chocolate and maybe some dates to sweeten it up.  And sometimes I'll put a teaspoon of coconut oil into it as well (a healthy fat for the brain)

My favorite recipes are:

-1/2 banana
- Coconut milk
-Mango, Pineapple
-1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
-Pea Protein

-1/2 banana
-Almond milk
-Pea Protein

Often times, I will just throw in whatever fruit or veggies I have available!  It's a great, healthy way to start your day.  And with the protein, it will keep you satisfied until lunch time.
